In the heart of a historic and lively neighborhood, which combines artists’ parking lots, cafes and lively nightlife, a spectacular and outstanding preservation project (the yellow building) was built in the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall.
The original building was designed by the architect Y. C. Tavacnik in 1921
In the new building, new apartments were built around facades and parts of ceilings that were preserved through complex and unique conservation work.
