Tel Aviv

Preservation of a structure in an eclectic style. The building was designed in 1921 by the architect Yehoshua Zvi Tavacnik.
In 1925, a second floor was added, designed by the architect Yehuda Stampler.
The building was built as part of a complex of 5 houses designed by Tavacnik for the Gavrilovitz family on the land of Kerem Moyal.
The building was restored in 2013 by the Volodevsky family who purchased the building in 1933.
During the restoration works, rare ceiling paintings and an illustrated art nouveau floor were discovered, which were fully preserved.
The company carried out the building’s conservation works, which include the restoration of unique handmade elements.
