Beit Persia and Alexander Yohanin. It was designed by the architect and engineer Baruch Yohanin and built in 1935, in the style of the modern movement architecture – the international style. The building is part of the composition of the construction of Dizengoff Square, a uniform architectural design of the buildings in the square, according to the architectural design plan of Adr. Genia Averbuch, who won the design of the square in a competition in 1934. The building, like the other buildings in the square, has open and circular balconies with railings and upper aprons Built that are a climatic solution for releasing hot air and emphasize the horizontal movement around the square.
In 2016, our company carried out a restoration of the building under the guidance of the ATA Conservation Department and designed by T. Shegav-D. Sokoletzky Architects.
